Why We Buy Vehicles
We run farms and we want to run vehicles that are greater than 25 years old (<2001). We like these vehicles because they are basic and we can repair them. Some vehicles go to other farms, both inside and outside of the Philippines. They are also used in PH on contracting work.
Key Criteria
- We look for vehicles which are LEFT HAND drive
- Have bodies and frames that are in good condition.
- We are fine with cosmetic or mechanical issues that can be fixed. We don’t want to buy junk.
- Everything has to be registerable in PHP and able to be in good working condition.
- Clear VIN / Clear Title / No Wreck Vehicles
Types of Vehicles
- Jeeps – Classic and off-road models.
- Dump Trucks – Heavy-duty vehicles for construction, hauling, and material transport.
- Large Trucks – Includes medium to heavy commercial units
- Kei Trucks – Compact, fuel-efficient Japanese style mini trucks .
- Pickup Trucks – Light-duty and midsize pickups for personal, commercial, or utility work.
- Farm Trucks – Durable flatbeds and multipurpose transports for agricultural and rural applications.
- Diesel or Gasoline are both fine.
Paperwork
We want to see a:
- Registration card so we can see the VIN, Model, Weight, Engine etc..
- Vehicle has Manufacturing Plate / Label showing year made, and other details.
Vehicle Dimensions
- Width: 7 ft 8 in to 7 ft 9 in (approximately 2.33–2.35 m)
- Height: 8 ft 10 in (about 2.69–2.70 m).
- For larger big trucks larger than this its fine, but will need to look closer as to how we will be using them.
